Akoma Coffee & Books – Event Space Rental Policy
Rental Rate:

$175/hour (2-hour minimum)

Rental time must include setup and breakdown

Events lasting 4 hours or more qualify for a discounted rate of $150/hour
Reservation Requirements:

50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your date
-
$45 cleaning fee added to all rentals
-
A valid credit card must be kept on file for any additional charges
$200 Minimum Purchase Requirement:
A $200 minimum purchase is required during your event. This can be met through:

Coffee bar purchases
-
Food or catering orders
-
Bookstore purchases
At the end of your event, if the $200 minimum is met, you’re all set.
If it is not met, the difference will be charged automatically to the card on file.
Guests also have the option to pre-order coffee, tea, or food packages in advance. These pre-orders count toward the minimum purchase.
